Bishops Committee meeting January 20, 2013 Called to order 1:17 p.m.

Januarys main BC meeting was held January 13, 2013. Johnnette noted that this is a brief meeting largely to nominate new officers, but the two new members were not present so we cannot hold elections. Johnnettee nominated Julie Seidler and Sally West as junior wardens. We will combine Februarys bishops committee meeting with the planning meeting at the Vicarage. February 2 is the only weekend that seemed feasible to have the planning meeting, so even if one of the new members cannot attend, we may have to go ahead anyway. In general, we will plan on having BC meetings the second Sunday of the month.
