All users should be logged of from NCD and WAS application sessions.(login as root user only) On SS: #cmhaltcl fv --------to halt servers

On SS/DS: #cd /etc/cmcluster/cmtools On DS: # ./sgsdskmx.sh disown db on SS: # ./sgsdskmx.sh disown osspkg1 -------to disown on SS: # ./sgsdskmx.sh disown system on DS: # ./sgsdskmx.sh -a mount db on SS: # ./sgsdskmx.sh -a mount osspkg1 on SS: # ./sgsdskmx.sh -a mount system
#bdf and check if all the disks are mount on SS/DS run the following backup command from terminal windows where you have logged into the SS and DS: -------to mount -------to mount -------to disown

SS# fbackup -v -f /dev/rmt/0mn -i /d/home -i /d/mail -i /d/nmsetc -i /d/nmsvar -i /d/ossetc -i /d/ossvar -i /d/web -i /d/osspkg1 ----- 45 MINS DS# fbackup -v -f /dev/rmt/0mn -i /d/db/oradata DS # fbackup -v -f /dev/rmt/0mn -i /d/db01 MIN -----1ST TAPE ALMOST 2-3 H ---ALAMOST 45

After backup is completed On SS/DB: #cd /etc/cmcluster/cmtools on DB: # ./sgsdskmx.sh -a umount db on SS: # ./sgsdskmx.sh -a umount osspkg1 on SS: # ./sgsdskmx.sh -a umount system
if you have problem unmounting system, then give the cmd #fuser cku /d/home and do the above step. SS and DS #bdf (all the disks must above disks must be unmounted) Either restart your system or give the below cmd start the cluster (DONT RESTART THE SYSTEM) SS #cmruncl v SS #cmviewcl

No of process on SS should be atleast 190 and on DS 110 then try to open the toplevel and chek the alarm upload and measurements In case osspkg1 is down and all other packages are ip and running give the below cmds SS# cmrunpkg <osspkg name> and cmmodpkg -e <osspkg name> -----190+ ----105+ (IF REQ.)
