Children learn in diverse ways , therefore a wide variety of teaching strategies will benefit the most children , employment different strategies help maintain attention and bring out capabilities and effective approach or

creativity of children . Teacher in early childhood education can use different

method of teaching. In addition, she can create creative strategies of teaching, including appropriate uses of technology. The role of teacher is choosing the most effective tool , which positively influences each childs development and learning. This assignment about create creative strategies of teaching by using Tux paint software program and design parallel plan for outcomes and evaluation rubric. Moreover, I applied this lesson as a micro teaching performance. Just like stander 4 mentioned, I have no debate, that expectations and beliefs that adults have about young childrens capacities ,warmth and responsiveness of adult-child interactions are powerful influences on positive developmental and educational outcomes. From this assignment I learn that early childhood teacher must use various learning formats based on their understanding of children as individuals and as part of a group as suggested in stander 4 . From this assignment and course in general, I have recognized a various types of software that appropriate to teach and develop of young children. Also , I have learned designing activities for

children in mathematics, social and science by software programs . This assignment help me to indentify Tux paint software which is a program use to teach children , I think it is good for introducing young children to ICT skills . In addition, I have recognized that this graphics program can be extended in various ways and modifies to fit needs exactly , fun and easy to use .Moreover , I have learned to design evaluation rubric to assess child in different activities . Furthermore, micro teaching performance help me to learn that successful learning is dependent not just on instruction but also on positively connections between teacher and children . Now I assume that challenging children to reach beyond their current levels and providing opportunities to engage in new skills and abilities will enhance development and learning .
