Exploit the teaching resources. Watch videos of teaching (based on theories). Make review and implement suggested ways to overcome the problems. Presentations of teaching media and resources. Presentations on the use of techniques, approaches and teaching resources. Sharing of ideas and devise suitable activities for young learners. Make reflections during and after teaching and learning processes. Discover potential changes that can be taken place based on the young learners potential and ability. Collection of data and analysis of lesson plans, teaching resources and pupils achievement. Adaptation of the lesson plans and teaching resources. Strengths and weaknesses of the activities.
