    FROM: RE: Dear Ali,

    As you are aware, I recently sent you a proposal for a steel tank associated with firewater. Included with this memo you will find John Schnees final drawing for release of the firewater tank made of concrete. With this information, we could easily get a specific price for the concrete tank to compare it to the steel one. Well be looking to you to tell us which way you think we should move and then in your absence well take care of contracting it and/or pushing the agenda forward. There is no doubt that a concrete tank will bring more work to Ghana, where a steel tank will bring more technology, but less work in Ghana. Please tell me which way you think we should move.
