Tecpro Systems consortia bags orders from Mahanandi Coalfields

Gurgaon: Tecpro Systems Ltd, a leading EPC company in consortium with Tecpro Engineers Ltd and Gammon India Ltd has received a letter of intent for an order worth Rs227 crore from Mahanandi Coalfields Ltd, a subsidiary of Coal India Ltd.The contract for the supply of coal handling plant with SILO loading arrangement at Lingaraj OCP, Lingaraj area of Talcher Coalfields marks Tecpro Systems foray into CIL. The scope of work under the said contract involves planning, design, engineering, construction, fabrication, supply, erection, commissioning and trial run of plant along with complete civil, structural, electrical and mechanical works of conveyor system. Besides, the contract also includes supply of SILO rapid wagon loading system along with allied auxiliary facilities such as dust suppression system, fire fighting system, plant cleaning system, illumination and communication system etc., as per the requirement on turnkey basis. This contract will make significant addition to Tecpro Systems ongoing mining projects involving bulk material handling. This project win is significant as there would be a number of similar projects in the near future due to the impetus of the government on the mining sector.
