Document filing is an important role done by a Secretary; you cant give this work to others because its hard

to search for a thing when you dont know where it is placed. Proper filing is necessary when evidence are needed for certain circumstances, when you need basis for your work, when tracing up for events, for supporting details and many more. In LandBank there are many files needed to be kept, I was assigned at the Administrative Department the files from the Manager are delivered to the Secretary for filing. There are notes written in every document so that the Secretary can easily file it, but filing is not the only work of a Secretary that is why after a week it became a bunch of paper at the table, there are some confidential files so it must be well kept. Another thing is, from the Manager some files must be circulated first to the employees for some reason and give it back to the Secretary, imagine how hard the work of a Secretary is. Every day she extends the time of her work, and has overtime during weekends because of some undone things.
