There are over 295 VP185 engines in service or on order, examples having run 24,000 hours of operation to major overhaul. The VP185 has amassed over 1,000,000 hours experience, including a high proportion of operational hours at low power and/or idling and offers the following major benefits :High availability (typically in excess of 95%).
