Titan Superflex
Features:
Titan Superflex is a self-priming flexible coating that forms a durable film, which reflects ultra-violet light and prevents the passage of water and water vapor, recommended for both interior and exterior concrete surfaces. It cures to an adherent film on properly prepared surfaces capable of bridging hairline cracks on vertical walls. The smooth nature of the film minimizes dirt pick-up and ensures long term durability and color retention. USE: Suitable for the protection and decoration of concrete surfaces.
PROPERTIES: Appearance: Eggshell Coverage: Approx. 18-22 sq.m. per 4 liters per coat (depending on surface porosity and method of application). Drying time: Surface dry in one (1) hour. Recoat after three (3) hours under normal weather condition. Instructions SURFACE PREPARATION: New Concrete: Allow new concrete to cure for at least four (4) weeks. All surfaces should be sound, clean, dry and free from loose and flaking material, dust, dirt, oil, efflorescence, laitance, and other contaminants. Treat with concrete neutralizer and let dry before dusting off the formed white crystalline deposits. Old Concrete: Remove loose and flaking material on previously painted surfaces. Sand old paint in good condition, and then dust off before repainting. APPLICATION & THINNING: Number of Coats: Apply at least three (3) coats of Titan Superflex by brush, roller or airless spray. Decreasing the number of coats will reduce the paint performance. Cleaning: Clean all tools and equipment after use with clean water. Thinning: Brush and roller: 0-5% water. The first coat may be thinned up to 10% on very absorbent surfaces. Stir well before use. Airless spray: 0-10% water. Caution: Do not use when humidity is high as surface condensation (heavy moisture), will adversely affect the paint performance.
