    Saturday evening, October 31, and unlimited participation in a great variety of
    professional growth workshops and booth exhibits during the conference. The late
    combo will be worth $425 per person from March 1, 2009 to July 31, 2009. The very
    late combo will cost $475 per person on and after August 1, 2009.
