For Stuffing: Chicken Breast: 1/2 piece Salt to taste Black Pepper Powder: 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste: 1/2 tablespoon, heaped Lemon: 1/2 For Filling Sauce: Mayonnaise: 6 tablespoons Grated Cheddar Cheese: 8 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce: 4 tablespoons Salt to taste For Coating: Eggs: 3 Salt: 1/2 teaspoon Flour: 1 cup Bread Crumbs: 2 cups PREPARATION: - Slit the Chillies n remove seeds. - Cut chicken breast in long strips (not too thin) - Beat eggs with salt in a bowl. METHOD: Marinate chicken strips with salt, black pepper powder, garlic paste and lemon juice for 15 minutes. Boil chicken till almost done. Drain the water n let the chicken cool. In the meantime, prepare the filling sauce by mixing mayonnaise, grated cheddar cheese, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce and salt in a bowl. Now, take one chicken strip, coat it well with sauce and stuff the sauce coated chicken strip in the green chili. Once all are filled, stuff in the remaining sauce in all the chillies. Now roll green chillies in flour, then dip in beaten egg and coat well with bread crumbs. Again roll the chillies in beaten egg and coat well with bread crumbs. Heat oil in a deep wok and fry green chillies. 1st fry on low heat for 2-3 minutes (so that our chicken gets well cooked) and then on medium heat till golden brown. Serve hot!!!!
