The women should know about the problems when they agreed to work at Hooters because they need to make decision whether they prefer to work at Hooters or not after knowing the problems. This is because the problems is about sexual harassment. They need to use tight shirt 2.

3. The role should managers play in minimizing customer harassment is to measure that customer is not harass his subordinates or waitresses. Manager should be alert with customers in terms of how they act or behave in the restaurant. Managers should play a role in ensuring the comfort of waitress to do thier duty without being disturbed by customers. Moreover, manager should not encourage waitresses to use sexy clothes or uniforms in order to attract more customers. Dignity and honor of women workers is more important. Thus, managers should always monitor the situation around in restaurants to avoid sexual harassment to the waitresses. 4. 5. In my opinion, the meaning of sexual harassment is involving such things as unwanted sexual advances, request for sexual favors within the workplace. Sexual harassment can be divided into two catogeries which is verbal and physical conduct of a sexual nature. For instance, saying sexually suggestive to women or women workers can be categorized to verbal action. In terms of physical conduct, someone will taking action such as uninvited touching, uninvited kisses or embraces and making sexual gestures.
