In the blue cells, enter the interest rate (as a decimal), the number of payments per year, and the number of years. For example, if the interest rate is 7 1/2% and the payments are monthly for 5 years, you should enter .075 as the Interest Rate, 12 as the Payments per Year, and 5 as the # of Years.
