PROCEDURE:

Slurry Carbomer 940 into Dimethicone and then mix well with water. After
the Carbomer 940 is dissolved, add triethanolamine. In a separate container,
blend and heat the water, menthol and COLA®LIPID ST to 75 - 80½oC.
When dissolved, blend Part II to Part I mixing well. Add color, fragrance
and preservative as required.
