Oh! Dont disappoint us

Black lotus of the gleaming day
Dont be led astray by the beastly waves of an
Endless Time of your White Lotus-Eater
Ancestors.
All those who warmed up with their bulk, with
their weight, their shadow and their ambitions
the heavy desk of the Oval Office in the white
neighbourhood.
Where they deposited their unlawful plans and
dreams.
Not reckoning what their secret, hollow thoughts
would sweep behind them
On the altar of their desire
For glory. For gold. For power.
To prostrate the Weaker Nations
To crush Human Ants under their heavy heel.
Oh, make the Sun of Justice shine for once
Ring the Bell of all Humanity, signalling an End
And a Beginning.
Be a bright, unseen before, Star among the
motionless Fifty in a Sky of Hope, in a sea of
Solace.
Seek God and bring Him to us, so that he can,
once again, teach Love, and that it be Real!
Dont deceive us, Barak Obama.
Take the wishes of the whole world
For a smile from one mouth to another
For an olive branch from one hand to another
For the spent fragrance of Hope thats risen up
from the dead
For the beginning of Dawn
Inextinguishable Flame of Joy
