Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela . He has the degree of lawyer.

Rolihlahla became the first member of his family to

attend school. His teacher gave him the English name Nelson. He was put in jail for fighting Apartheid in 1962 Apartheid is a law that was passed allowing you to discriminate He fought for independence.

Until 1992, the govt. in

south Africa ran an apartheid.


An apartheid is when black

have to live a part from white people.

jobs , were very poor and could not vote because of this.
