All purpose flour/Maida Oil (I used sunflower oil) Ghee or butter 1 tsp Ajwain/Omam/Carom seeds Salt 3/4 tsp

Sugar 1 & 1/2 tblsp Milk 6 tblsp Curd 1 tblsp

1 & 1/2 cup 1/4 cup 1 tsp heaped

Knead everything to a smooth dough. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin. Cut with a biscuit cutter and place the b iscuits in a lined baking tray with sufficient distance in between. Pre heat th e oven at 180 degrees. Bake till golden brown at 180 degrees.
