2. Who gets more power and who gets less power by shifting product development projects from the relay race to the cross - functional team approach?

The Team Leader got the more power while the Vice President got the lesser power by the shipping that had happened.

3. Does the shift from the relay race to the cross functional team approach require a significant cultural change? Explain why or why not.

Yes, because the former department heads of AaronSide Inc. were used to be what they have had before subsidized by the Titan Group.

4. Why do you think the VPs took the approach of not letting a pilot team make major decisions although the team was empowered to do so?

Since they arent used to work w/ the new management system, they had the problem in dealing w/ it. Also, they had no plenty of time to finish the project.

5. Was the firing of the CEO and all VPs justified? Why or why not?

Yes, because the chartered cross-functional team wasnt able to finished the project after eight (8) months. Also, the team was created by the CEO and VPs, the concern is up to them and it said that the project management team are empowered to make all the major decisions.
