    PROCEDURE IN DISCIPLING RTC JUDGES (Rule 140)

    COMPLAINT: 1. Must be in writing. 2. State the facts complained of

    SUPREME COURT

    DISMISS

    Proceed with case if meritorious. Respondent shall be notified and respondent must answer within 10 days

    SC shall appoint a Justice of the CA or will conduct a hearing

    REPORT: Must contain findings of fact and conclusions of law
