BASIC PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM

The PFD consists of KOD,Recip Compressor,AirCooler. I have kept all KOD, drains as open. The Gas Feeds are @ 1, 24,25 and 26 as shown above. I have entered all the available compositions in these streams. I am unable to solve the simulation for reasons not known to me at least. For Aircooler, I have at present only air inlet temp and process outlet temperature available to me. I do not know the rate of airflow across each cooler. The KODs will have adiabatic flash with open drain. I will later modify the PFD once I solve this fundamental process. Would anybody volunteer to help me solve this process flow diagram? If yes, then would I send the INPUT FILE. My earnest request is to help me please!!!! samrat
