    Languages spoken in Uttar Pradesh are Hindi, Urdu, Awadhi, Braj, Bhojpuri and English. The state is sometimes called the 'Hindi heartland of India. Across Uttar Pradesh, most used language is Hindi. The majority of the people are Hindus while a large percentage of the minority practice Islam. There are also a fair number of Christians in Uttar Pradesh. All religion people have freedom to follow their religion.
