STEPS
First, open Photoshop CS5 or whatever version you have installed in your PC.

Before starting, you must choose the picture that youll use from the internet or wherever that you can find it. [Holding hands and meat] After saving the photo youve selected from the internet, click on File located at the upper part of the screen then click on Open. Select the picture. [Holding hands]

After selecting it, you must remove the photos background by using the Quick Selection Tool or Magic Tool. After selecting the background, click the Select button and click Inverse. After clicking inverse, press CTRL + J. Delete the Background layer.

Select the Pen Tool and create a desired path on the hand. After creating a path, right click on your mouse and select Make Selection Select the Crop Tool then right click and select Layer via cut. Adjust the part youve cut.

After adjusting, click File and then select Place. Select the picture. [Meat] After selecting it, adjust the picture to the hand youve cut. Click on Layer then select Layer Mask then Hide all.

Click the Brush tool. Make sure that the color of your brush is white. Color the edge of your hand image. Select Pen Tool and create a pointy edge on the meat to make it more realistic. Right click and select Make Selection and then click the brush tool and color the selection.

Double click on the layer or simply select the effects button. Select the inner shadow and adjust it. Add outlines to make it more realistic. Select the Burn Tool. Burn the wrist of the hand.

Create a new layer. Click on Brush Tool. Make sure that the color of your brush is light blue. Color on the part youve burnt. Adjust the Blending Option change normal to Darken. Create a solid color. Select the color white. Drag the layer to the bottom part.

Select the layers of the hand youve cut. Click Image select Adjustments and then Levels Adjust the levels. Create a new layer. Click Image then select Apply image

Click OK. Click Filter and then select Distort then click Diffuse Glow. Adjust the Glow Amount to 4. Click OK. Select Burn Tool and burn the parts needed to be burned. Select Image then Adjustments then click on Levels.

Adjust the Levels. Select Image then Adjustments then click on Color Balance. The Color Levels must be close to -71, +66 and +60. Click Image then Adjustments and select Photo Filter.

Adjust the Photo Filter to 66% and select Warming Filter LBA. Click Image then Adjustments and select Brightness. Adjust Brightness to -4 and Contrast to 2.
