Your child has been invited to a Youth Camp scheduled on 23 25 April 2010 to be held at Karakariki Christian Camp (KCC), 471 Karakariki Road (along Whatawhata Road). The Youth Camp servesas entry point to the CFC Youth for Christ (YFC) program of theCouples for Christ. It is an experience that willoffer your child the opportunity to know more about Jesus Christ in a personal way and build Christian friendships with other young adults in the High School and University levels. This will be achieved through a program consisting of talks and sharing by young adults as well as fun-filled activities utilising the talents and skills of the participants. The success of this program largely depends on your involvement especially after the camp. In this regard, we would like to share with you and the other parents more features of the YFC program through a Parents Orientation followed by a mass scheduled on 25 April, Sunday, 02:00PM 05:00PM to be held at the Youth Camp venue. Afternoon tea will be served. The camp fee of $50.00 will cover complete board and lodging, and full meals. Please let us know if there are any financial constraints so we can make arrangements for your child ahead of time. Registration for the Youth Camp will be from 06:00PM 07:00PM of the first day of camp (23 April, Friday). Your child is required to bring clothing provisions good for two nights and two days. He/She is also required to bring his/her own pillows, blankets and/or sleeping bags, and jacket to keep him/her warm. Also, if desired, your child may bring additional snacks. Kindly accomplish the attached reply form and information sheet so we can include your child in the list of participants. We are looking forward to seeing you and your child at the camp.
