Apple and Banana Cake INGREDIENTS 2 apples (sliced) 2 bananas ( sliced) 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour 1/4 tablespoon

baking powder 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs vanilla essence 1/4 teaspoon salt METHOD Preheat oven at 180 deg. Beat sugar and butter until it's fluffy.. Add eggs and beat well with an electri c mixer.In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add the flour lit tle by little in the paste and beat well (around 5-8 minutes).Add a little vanil la essence. Grease your mould and pour half the mixture in it. Then put both ban ana and apples . Cover with a little sugar and then pour the remaining mixture. Put in oven and cook for 25-30 minutes .. Check with a skiwer .. Cool on a wire rack and serve with tea or maybe used as a snack also
