INSTRUMENT Researchers used interview and survey questionnaire as an instrument to answer the relevant questions. It is believed to be the major source of gathering data in experimental survey studies. It consisted of questions which are intended to elicit information from the respondents pertinent to a particular experiment of this research. Questionnaire. The questionnaire is used as a tool for gathering information. And it is used for survey research, gathering data or testing a hypothesis. It consists of every part where in part I include the demographic profile of the respondents. While the second part is consist of questions regarding about the studies. Determining how E-banking effective is. Construction. The questions in the questionnaire used in this research were based from the statement of the problem assessed by the study. It consists of rate survey questions and essay questions. Validation. The instrument was validated by the adviser of the researchers. The questions were checked if it will answer the studys statement of the problem and if it can be asked to the respondents without due violations to the banks rights of privacy. Administration and Retrieval of Information. The questionnaires will be given to the respondents personally. This is to avoid invalid data from respondents by reason of lack of interest or pranks. It will be gathered then after by the researchers and checked if valid.

STATISTICAL TREATMENT OF DATA The researchers in treating the data for each sub-problem used the following tools. 1.) Percentage was used to present the respondents demographic profile. To determine their bracket age, gender and even their civil status.

The formula is: P=F/N x 100 where: P = percentage F = frequency N = no. of respondents

2.) Weighted mean was used to describe the response of the depositors and banking staff in each item in the instruments The formula is: X = fx/ n where: X = weighted mean

fx = frequency n = number of respondents

3.) t-test was used in any statistical hypothesis test in which the test statistic follows a distribution if

the null hypothesis is supported.
