PUMPKIN FRITTERS

Ingredients: 1 medium sized squash, cut into cubes 1 cup malunggay leaves 1 can condensed milk 1 pack molo wrapper cup ground peanuts Cooking oil for frying Procedure:
1) Cook squash in boiling water until tender. 2) In a mixing bowl, mash squash then add the milk, nuts and malunggay leaves. 3) Wrap the mixture in molo wrapper. Fry until golden brown. 4) Garnish then serve.
