With 48" wide x 8.6" long wire woven inclined conveyor belt with 8.5" sides. A product depth sensor regulates the belt speed to control the depth of the layer of product passing over the belt. Stainless steel steam header with two "under belt" live steam dispersion manifolds. .33 HP 208 volt 3 phase S.E.W. Eurodrive gear motor drive with VFD control. Product leaves HEAT chamber and drops onto HOLD chamber belt.

HOLD SECTION

Has a 48" wide x 8'6" long wire woven level conveyor belt running between 20.5" high sides. The blancher design

intends for the product to pass over the hold belt in a thicker layer, to provide heat retention and dispersion to aid the cooking process. As with the first belt, a product depth sensor controls the belt speed to regulate the depth of the layer of product here as well.

.33 HP 208 volt 3 phase S.E.W. Eurodrive gear motor drive with VFD control. Product leaves HOLD chamber through a 57" wide x 15" long bottom discharge opening.

Complete with all the following:

Stainless steel tubular support sub-frame suitable for raising the entire blancher by 42". Air operated steam valve. CIP spray headers on both conveyor belts and rotary infeed valve. Condensate tank. Stainless steel wall mount control panel with Siemens Simatic SS 1000 PLC with OP-27 touch screen operator control panel, and ABB variable frequency drive controllers. Seven (7) hinged locking inspection doors on each side and two (2) doors on each end for full cleaning access, all double skinned & insulated.
