STOCK-TAKING INSTRUCTION The stock-taking will be conducted on the following dates from 8.30am.-5.30pm. A.R.

Karthikeyan will supervise the stock taking: 28th MAY 2009 (Thursday) 29th MAY 2009 (Friday) Finished Goods (ORAPI& APPLIED), Raw materials, Equipment& packaging materials, Labels Finished Goods (ORAPI& APPLIED), Raw materials, Packaging materials, Labels

BEFORE STOCK-TAKING 1) All finished goods item must be palleted and packed and place in the assigned lots and the labels must face outwards. 2) All non-stock items should be removed from store area. 3) All items which need weighing should be done before count day and should write down on the container. 4) Damaged and obsolete items should be labeled DISPOSAL and should keep them in the area outside for disposal. 5) All raw materials, dyes and perfumes must be weighed before stock check. DURING STOCK-TAKING 1) No physical movement of stock items is to take place during the count. 2) Participants in stock taking are divided into teams. Each team consists of a counter and a checker cum counter. The responsibilities of each count team is shown as follows: RM I RM II RM III AFG-I AFG-II AFG-III EQ-I PG-I ORP-FG I ORP-FG II ORP-FG III - Sayod/Karthi (Rack 1, 3, poison room) - Sayod/Karthi (Rack 2, 4, 5, 16) - Connie/Koh (Dyes, perfume, Label) - Simon/Joanne - Bala/Kavitha - Zul/Dorothy - Li/Ho (Equipments) - Rama/Saravanan (Packaging) - Ronald/Angelia (Aerosol, Finished Good, Novirusac room) - Dennis/Patrick (Rack 11, 12, 13) - Liyah/ Freddie (Rack 14, 15)

3) Each count team will be given with count tag books. The first copy of count fag is to be returned to Carol/Catherine and the carbon copy is to stick on the counted item. Any cancelled copies also must be returned. Quantity of each items must be properly recorded. 4) All damaged stock should be recorded in REMARK column.

AFTER STOCK-TAKING All count tags, inclusive of second copy of used tag, unused tag and cancelled tag must be returned. Compiled count tag records will be matched with physical count quantity and any major variances will call for recounting on investigation.
