    Affidavit of Non-Employment (For the Purpose of College of Law Admission) I, _, of legal age, with postal address at_______________, after being sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose the following: 1) That as of the present time, I am not employed in any capacity at any corporation, company, and individual person; 2) That I have applied for an admission at the College of Law Extension at Mindanao State University in General Santos City for Academic Year 2012 as governed by the rules of the Commission on Higher Education of the Republic of the Philippines; 3) That I am executing this Affidavit of Non-Employment to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to support my application for the College of Law in the in the aforementioned institution
