    Tankers calling at the Fujairah Offshore Anchorage Area or Fujairah Port must come directly from official ports with a valid last port clearance. Tankers that conduct ship-to-ship cargo transfers at sea will not be permitted to call at these locations.     142 SUBJECT : TANKERS CALLING AT FUJAIRAH ANCHORAGE & FUJAIRAH PORT FROM HIGH SEAS Please note, tankers calling at Fujairah Offshore Anchorage Area and Fujairah Port should be from official ports with valid Last Port Clearance. Tanker carried out S.T.S cargo operation at High seas will not be permitted to call Fujairah Offshore Anchorage Area or Fujairah Port Terminal. High Seas will not be considered as Last Port. A copy of Bill of Lading from the last cargo operation should be submitted to Control Tower as a record of proof for obtaining Anchorage or Port Clearance.
