Chastity Promise

I, _______________________, promise to practice chastity from this

day, _______________, forward. I promise to always do my best to remain
chaste in thought, word, and deed. I choose to live my life in purity. I
will be chaste in what I say, what I do, what I wear, and what I allow
myself to think about. I agree to confess, as soon as possible, any sins
that I have committed in this area. I will abstain from all premarital and
extramarital sexual activity, and I will do my best to avoid things that
may tempt me to break these promises.
