Organization is involved in this business since last 20 years and same experience is being utilized by the management for the growth of organization.
Continual improvement:
Basic requirement were found to be followed as per QMS requirement, continual improvement is apparent through various processes like control, infrastructure, customer focus, MRM and internal audit, data analysis, internal process monitoring. Customer Feedback & Complaints No Complaints since 1/1/2007. Customer feedback is obtained from various customers and found to be analyzed the satisfaction index. Average CSI is 88.20%.
