ACTION: Administered oxygen inhalation at 3LM per nasal cannula. Side rails up. Head turn to side. Object removed to avoid any harm. Advised significant others to minimized noise and avoid unnecessary stimulation. Eyes protected from glare of lights. SO instructed not to give patient any thing by mouth temporarily. Refer to Dr. Mendoza with orders carried out. henobarbital O.3mg slowly injected IV bolus. aracetamol 3OOmg injected intravenously. Monitored for unussualities. REACTION: After 8 hours of nursing intervention patient temp. 37.7C, appears relaxed and weakness still noted.
