WHAT WAS DILEMMA FACED BY SOHANLAL IN RELATION TO POND RENOVATION PROJECT?

During Pond Excavation it was discovered that the area was nothing but marshy

sand

Workers refused to work in the project because the area was so marshy that even a

buffalo was about to be drowned

MNREGA prohibited the use of machines except in the case of impracticable

circumstances, without exactly defining what such circumstances might be

build gravel road with limited fund

Since Pond Renovation was not possible, Sohanlal along with counsel decided to But many villagers disputed this saying the roads should be either made of

concrete or wait till the Government approves for the same
