Good morning, my presentation is about the Administration Process according to Henri Fayol.

Henri Fayol is a French metallurgical engineer borned in Istanbul in eighteen-forty one (1841). His study of administration resulted in the first general theory of the subject and together with Frederick Taylor is considered the father of the scientific administration. The most important contribution of Fayol to the administration is his process Administration design. The Administration process is the group of stages or phases that connected make the administration activity. The innovation of the Fayol design is the inclusion of the administration activity in a most big structure. Therefore the administration is a role of six operations that make up the company. These are: Technique operations: Process productions of product and services. Purpose of the company. Commercial Operations: Exchange with others institutions. Buy and sell products. Financial operations: Search and management of the financial resources. Without them the company is inoperable. Safety operations: activities with the purpose of protect the products and the persons inside the business. Accounting Operations: inventory, registers, assessments, in short all record of the company.

Finally is the administration operation, Fayol classified this like the most important operation. Administration operations: Is a group of stages that permit manage the working of the company. The stages that form the administration operations are:

Forecast: Scrutinize the future and put together the action program. Organize: constitute the dual organism, material and social, of the company. Direct: Make operate the staff. Coordinate: Harmonize every action of the company. Control: Assure that all occurred in accordance with the rules.

Therefore, the contribution of Fayol to the Administration is in the first place construct a theory of the subject from up, classify the administration process inside the operations of the organizations, describing finally the contents of the administration.
