SYNOPSIS

The project report entitled AGENCY CONTROL SYSTEM is important for newspaper details. In that newspaper details are maintained for many purposes. The customer details and his personal details are maintained to verify the future purpose.

The order and delivery details are verified to the client satisfaction. The customer easy to get the newspaper in various times. The existing Agency Control System are managed manually to work in Employee details and Order details. It is not easy to handle the all by the working staffs. This system will not produce quick results as well as not answering the queries that are asked, in waste of manpower and one have wait for requests and responses for long time. And then the orders are worked in manually.

Presently all clerical works in agency are done manually. It has disadvantages like errors in calculation, time consuming, and lot of paper works. We cannot extract different type of result from one ledger. For each type of result we should create separate ledger. So it is time consuming process. Careful steps are taken to avoid errors. Where ever necessary in this project program. The following chapter covers the software description, basic concept of the project involves the computerization of the above concept with further concepts in the main module.

The Agency Control System will be a more helpful and time saving that does not need much effort to maintain records and is useful to the administration to do their work very fast and easy. All correspondences are carried through the network and so the database becomes managed. The specialized future of the customer and newspaper details is easy to get future purpose. It is tedious task to maintain the details manually and to maintain the large number of data, so Agency Control System introduced.

This Project has been developed using the tools Visual Basic 6.0 as Front-End and Oracle 9i as Back-End.
