2. 3 Teams - 6v3 Transition Game - Make field big in possession (10')
3a. 3rd Phase Defending 2v2 (+1 recovering) from Goal-Kicks (15')
Play over in 10 seconds.
3b. 1st Phase Defending 2v2. Forwards pressure away from middle. (15')
Defenders try and score in small central goal. If Forwards win ball can use
3rd player for 3v2. 5 seconds to score in transition.
4a. 6v5+GK to goal (15')
Forward runs based on pressure on ball. Defense must stay touch-tight!!
4b. Finishing and defending key areas from crosses (15')
Mark out 3 danger areas to attack/defend.
Forwards must "arrive" in areas, not "be" in areas.
5. 3v2 to goal (10')
1. Warm Up - Endurance Beep test (15')
