Priyadarshini, camebur Mumbai Subject - Request for legally action for unauthorized construction of cement plant within 30 meters from Thal-Vaishet-Pen railway track Jointly construct by Sanghi cement and PNP Maritime services pvt Ltd & passed necessary ordered for stop the work Sir, Rashtriya Chemicals & fertilizers ltd.build Thal-Vaishet-Pen railway lines cargo route of 26 km built by RCF in year 1984-85. As a Central Government undertaking Rcf is the national property of our country. Former Chief Minister of the Maharashtra state Mr.A.R.Antulay and various number of leaders demand for start the railway passanger service on above mentioned Railway track but Railway Ministry as well as Rashtriya Chemicles & firtilzers ltd refuse that people intress proposal but Same time Ministry of Railways have given permission to cargo transport to privet company like PNP Maritime services pvt Ltd . PNP Maritime services pvt Ltd & Sanghi cement have construct a cement plant very closed to such railway line. Shahabaj villagers complaint above subject to local Poynad Police Sation on 5th June 2013. Police administraition write to take action on above mention subject to General Manger, RCF thal and Railway department vide their letter dated 12th Augast 2013. Copy attached for your kind presual.
