Before installing Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2013 Service Pack 1, please make sur e you have Autodesk Moldflow

Insight 2013 (FCS) installed. This service pack will unin stall the 2013 FCS and install the 2013 Service Pack 1 in its place. The product key a nd serial number used during the initial 2013 FCS installation will be carried over automatically. Both the Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Insight Solvers and Synergy (user interfac e) have to be brought up to Service Pack 1. Insight issues fixed in Moldflow Insight 2013 Service Pack 1: * 3D Cool/Flow/Warp just can use 2 cores on a Win-XP 64bits PC with 8 cores. * Mesh Thickness Diagnostic shows 0 mm for all entities with 2013 direct IGES im port. * Synergy crash when exit application after Midplane/DD thickness mesh diagnosti cs. * 'Shrinkage compensation' plot property option available in irrelevant results. * Animation on 3D Volumetric shrinkage contour plot not working properly
