DEED OF INDEMNITY This DEED OF INDEMNITY is executed this by s/o day of residing at 2003

hereinafter called the Party of the First Part which term shall mean and include his heirs, executors, administrators, assigns etc., TO AND IN FVOUR OF residing at

hereinafter called the Party of the Second Part which term shall mean and include his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns etc., wintesseth as follows; WHEREAS by a Sale Deed dated the house property in premises No. the husband of the Party of the First Part sold to the party of the Second Part and and

Whereas part of the consideration remains unpaid under the said Sale dated

Whereas there is now due and payable for the unpaid consideration a sum of Rs.11000 from the party of the Second Part, And Whereas the husband of the Party of the First Part is deceased and Whereas the first named party of the First Part is entitled to receive the said amounts as the representative of the deceased and is willing and competent to receive the balance of the consideration of Rs.11000 and to give an effective discharge for the said amount. And Whereas the Party of the Second part desires that, before making payment the parties of the First Part execute a deed agreeing to indemnity the Party of the Second Part against any claim, loss or expenses that he may be put to by reason of such payment and Whereas the parties of the First part have agreed to do so; NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH that, in consideration of the Party of Second part paying the sum of Rs.11000 through the State Bank of Mysore, in full satisfaction of the unpaid consideration due under the sale deed dated executed by, the Party of the first part, hereby agree and undertake to indemnify and save harmless the party of the Second Part from any loss, damage, expense or costs that he may be put to by reason of any claim being made in respect of the sum of Rs.11000 paid to the first named party of the first part, on any part thereof.
