Report Writing After a qualifying venture at Bronze, Silver or Gold, participants are required to write a report.

This may be a written or oral account or display, describing the venture and purpose achieved. Include visual records of the venture, photographs, map showing route, planning etc. Expedition Report A map showing north indicator, location and scale, showing the total journey. This could be a printed or traced map. Either in discussion, in written form, on video or a combination, consider the following information: Type of trip and place Dates, and people involved Purpose achieved Things enjoyed, seen, done etc Location, type of overnight stops What participant personally gained from the expedition.

The report should be seen as a personal record for looking back on later. I suggest that even if you are doing a group presentation, each group member would be able to hand in to me a written report detailing their personal experience.
