    Consider a step potential

    (a) Calculate the reection coefcient for E < V0 and comment on the result. (b) Calculate the reection coefcient for the case E > V0 . To simplify the result, write the coefcient in terms of k l . You should end up with something in the form (k l )n /(k2 l 2 )m , where n and m will be integers. Then express this in terms of E and V .
