Masters in Human Resource Development Management (MHRDM) Started in 1988, the objective of this programs is to prepare executives for

top level administrative positions in public or private sector organisations. It lays special emphasis on developing a proper role perception of administrators in the Indian context by exposing them to a wide range of relevant areas, sufficiently in depth so that they may gain the confidence necessary to interact with functional specialists. Not only that, they would be able to develop the administrative skills for translating policies into action effectively. Candidates having minimum executive experience of two years in Government establishments, public, private or cooperative sector organisations will find this program useful. This program is affiliated to the University Of Mumbai and has been approved by AICTE. Note: This course was formerly known as Master in Administrative Management (MAM). MHRDM course is equivalent to the MAM Course of University of Mumbai Syllabus
