    Kindly find the attached HFSS file . We made some modifications in the Vivaldi antenna array.

    In your structure, You assigned Thicken sheet option to Ground and feed_element and again Perfect E boundary condition . This method is wrong. If you are considering the thickness, then only PEC material property is required (Perfect E boundary is not required.). Otherwise you can draw sheet, and to that sheet ,you can give Perfect E boundary condition.

    For simulating this structure in HFSS, you require more than 8 GB RAM in your system. Yesterday I tried the same in my 8 GB RAM system . That time it took more than 4 hrs. for simulation and finally simulation was terminated with some errors ,"Out of memory". So kindly use some good system with RAM memory greater than 8 GB (Better to use 16 GB RAM).
