Reminders to all 423 students;

1. Start drafting formal letters (with UST letterhead) to companies for the plant visit. Target the date before the year ends or right before a plant shuts down for December Christmas holiday. Address the letter specifically to the plant manager or head. Make sure you get their correct names and position. Include in the letter noted by me and the chairperson, Mam lani. 2. I have made some slight revisions in my course orientation file. Please read through. 3. Finalize the grouping this Friday. I will get the groupings together with the list of the students. Submit to me a copy in a bond paper for the official list. Please arrange c/o Class President. 4. We will select industries or plants this Saturday for the groups. No duplication of a topic. 5. Subjects needed for CPI for some understanding are as follows; general chemistry, physical chemistry, organic chemistry, industrial chemistry, Momentum Transfer and Heat and Mass Transfer. Not all are pre-requisites as per subject will be required but will need some inputs from subjects mentioned.
