Why does your school wish to adopt an IB programme?

Serving children from prominent Emirati families, it is the desire of parents and school leaders for Emirates National Schools (ENS) for students to leave high school prepared to succeed in the best universities in the world. It also has prompted ENS to take steps that create a common learning platform. To that end, ENS has committed to earning IB authorization. The ENS school system has already begun the journey of implementing the entire IB continuum as designated PYP PRogramme candidate status has been achieved by all three campus sites in the past three years.
How did you first hear about the IB programmes?
International Baccalaureate

Emirates National Schools has been involved in the journey toward IB authorization for over five years. Unfortunately, the schools system has not been successful in moving forward toward full authorization. This past year, under new leadership intimately familiar with the requirements and standards of practice, ENS has re-ignited plans for implementing the full IB continuum, commencing with the PYP Programme. In anticipation and preparation for the rigor of the IB DP Programme, the school system has State briefly your schools philosophy/mission statement.

Mohamed Bin Zayed City Campus: The mission of the MBZ Campus, an Emirati School with International Standards, dedicated to providing a globally accredited education with a classroom environment conducive to learning, using a challenging curriculum and modern technology to ensure best teaching practices.
