    ROCAS y CALMA, of legal age, Filipino, married and residing at Blk. 19 Lot 6 Zone 11 Tatic Homes Bulihan Silang Cavite, for and in consideration of the amount of Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 40,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledge from RODOLFO CEDRO y BONSO JR. and NENA CEDRO y ROCAS, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married and residing at Blk 179 Lot 8 San Roque St. Purok XI Zone 3 Signal Village Taguig City, do hereby SELL, TRANSFERRED AND CONVEYED unto said RODOLFO CEDRO y BONSO JR. and NENA CEDRO y ROCAS the piece and parcel of vacant housing site situated in Little Baguio Wawa III Rosario Cavite, bounded on the North by: South by: East by : West by: -- of which I am the absolute owner. I hereby warrant that the said piece and parcel of vacant housing is free from any lien and encumbrances and that I will defend the title and rights of the VENDEE from any claims of whatever nature from third person/s.
