    address at B13, Lot 29, Solar HMS, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, under oath, hereby depose and state; 1. That I am currently unemployed and have no regular income to support myself and my family. 2. That I have no capital assets or other financial resources and I may therefore be considered an indigent for all intents and purposes. 3. That in view of the foregoing, I cannot afford to engage the service of a Lawyer and thus assistance may be extended to me by the Public Attorneys Office (PAO). 4. That I am executing this sworn statement to attest the truth of the foregoing and for any lawful purpose this affidavit may serve. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed this affidavit, this, 29th day of August 2012 at Tagaytay City.
