Procedure
1

Open a new part using the Part_MM template and name it Mbody3.
Create a multibody part.

Right Plane

Sketch and extrude the feature shown as a third body.

Create feature.

The body created in step 2 on page 56 has been hidden for clarity.

Extrude sketch as shown.

Create feature.

Combine the last two solid bodies.

Combine bodies.

Mirror the combined body and then add a centered boss that merges the bodies into one.

Insert mirror.

Add a boss and a cut for the mounting lug. Mirror the body across the model.

Add mounting lugs.

Use Combine to merge the lugs with the rest of the part.

Add holes and cuts.

Add features.

Finish part with 1.5mm radius fillets and rounds.

Add fillets and rounds.
