2 Procedure
The procedure for the drive tests is described below:

Cluster drive tests shall perform 3 call scenarios: short call, long call, and PS call. GPRS functionality
drive tests were performed by downloading a huge file from an FTP server throughout the cluster drive
test route. Configuration of MS is as follows in the DT Kit:

 MS1= Long call (MS to MSC Test Number ,continous call )

 MS2 = Short call (MS to MSC Test Number, 30sec., 3 sec. delay)
 MS3 = EGPRS downloading

5 Recommendation & Technical Overview

• Two handover failures were occurred on the main lobe of Lakkidi site’s first sector
after 2.5 Km, Due to poor signal strength(above -90) at the edge .
• This cluster is having terrain issue(thick vegetation ,Amsl variation),so our signal
strength is poor in some areas.
